
What’s the best way to lose weight?
I have been trying to lose weight for some time now and nothing seems to work. In the morning for breakfast I eat 2 boiled eggs, for lunch I eat a lean cuisine, 100 calorie little debbie, and a fruit, and for dinner I eat a salad most nights. I work out with the wii fit and the wii active for 30 min. in the morning and 1 hr at night.
What am I doing WRONG!?
Yup, not enough food.
