Roma: The Novel of Ancient Rome by Steven Saylor?

Has anyone read it? It looks interesting. I’m really interested in Latin and Roman/Greek history, things like that. I think I’d enjoy it. If you read it, what did you think of it?

I haven’t read it, but I may check it out as I’m very interested in the same era. I would recommend to you the historical novel I, Claudius by Robert Graves. An excellent depiction of the reigns of Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, and Claudius; the first four Emperors of Rome.
