If i read Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles out of order will i be lost?

I just finished Queen of the Damned and all thats on the shelves at the library is black wood farms, the blood canticle, blood and gold and lasher.
I’m lost with out a book to read!

you can read blood and gold and not be confused. I don’t think you’ll have a lot of problems with the others because you’ll always get filled in. there will be some major spoilers though. Just a warning.
